Bhaskar Banerji

Bhaskar Banerji, Vice President, Legal at WestBridge Capital, is based out of Bangalore. Prior to joining WestBridge, Bhaskar worked at two of India’s leading law firms – Khaitan & Co. and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas – where his areas of practice included private equity and venture capital investments, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory.

He received his B.Sc. LL.B with honors from Gujarat National Law University and is enrolled at the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh.
