Nathan Fabian

Nathan Fabian has a strong background in talent management and organizational scaling. Nathan currently holds the position of Head of Organization Scaling at WestCap, where they work closely with visionary leaders to help companies scale. Prior to this, Nathan served as the Head of Talent at Two Sigma, where they oversaw talent acquisition and management. Before that, they held the role of Global Head of People Development at Uber, where they successfully led the growth of the People Development team and managed the design and implementation of various development programs. Nathan also has experience working as a Consultant at Deloitte, where they delivered talent solutions for both federal and commercial clients. Nathan began their career as a Princeton Fellow at Fundacion Arias para la paz y el progreso humano. Throughout their career, Nathan has demonstrated leadership skills and a strong ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
