Kathy L McFarlane

Kathy L McFarlane has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kathy L started their career at Montefiore Health System in 2012, where they held various roles including Business Operations Consultant, Finance Manager and Administrator, Director of Finance and Administration, and Department Administrator for Neurosurgery & Women's Health. In 2023, they joined Westchester Medical Center as the Director of Strategy and Network Development.

Kathy L McFarlane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy Analysis & Management from Cornell University. Kathy L also has a Master of Public Health degree in Management from Columbia University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Negotiations from Harvard Law School Executive Education in 2019 and in Leadership Strategies for Evolving Healthcare Executives from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2016.
