Suzanne Sakai

Suzanne Sakai is a seasoned freelance copy editor with extensive experience in scholarly publishing, currently collaborating with Westchester Publishing Services since September 2015. In addition to copyediting, Sakai is active as a poet, with works published in Haiku Journal, Three Line Poetry, and Poetry Quarterly, and participation in the annual PoemTown events in Randolph, VT, from 2014 to 2016. Prior freelance roles include editing for Taylor & Francis Group and M.E. Sharpe, Inc., among others, and a long-standing self-employed position since 2002. Suzanne Sakai holds a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from the University of Vermont, obtained between 1981 and 1986.
