Matt Booker

Matt Booker has over 19 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Matt currently serves as the EVP, UW Manager for Property and Inland Marine at Westchester, leading various initiatives such as new business development and implementation of underwriting strategy. Prior to their current role, they held several positions at Chubb, including SVP roles in the US Property UW Manager for Major Accounts Division and as the Regional Property Underwriting Manager for NY and the Mid-Atlantic Major Accounts Division. Before joining Chubb, Matt worked at Munich Re as a Senior Property Underwriter for the CIP Unit and as a Property Underwriter for the same unit. Matt also has experience as a Property Underwriter at Chubb and XL Catlin. Earlier in their career, Matt worked as a Structured Settlement Annuity Broker at Ringler Associates. Overall, their experience includes handling various aspects of property and inland marine insurance, working with both domestic and global accounts.

Matt Booker attended E.C. Glass High School from 1994 to 1998. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language and International Trade at Clemson University from 1998 to 2002.
