Dalia Hanna

Dalia Hanna, PhD, P.Eng., PMP® is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academic leadership and technology management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Services at Sheridan College since 2022, Dalia is responsible for designing governance structures and providing strategic leadership for IT Service Management. Dalia's past roles include Associate Dean at Sheridan College and Program Director at The Chang School of Continuing Education, where contributions included academic planning and curriculum development. As an Adjunct Professor and Dissertation Chair at Westcliff University, Dalia also imparts knowledge in graduate-level information technology programs. With a strong foundation in education, including a PhD in Computer Science from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Certificate in Education Leadership from Harvard, Dalia demonstrates a commitment to enhancing faculty development and student engagement across multiple educational institutions. Additionally, Dalia has contributed to civic engagement as Chair of the Senior Services and Long Term Care Advisory Committee in Toronto.
