Jannette Flores

Dean, LITE Center at Westcliff University

Dr. Flores holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership degree, a Master of Business Administration degree, a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science degree, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Science degree.

A former Program Chair for the College of Business at Westcliff University and the inaugural Faculty Senate President, Dr. Flores most recently served as the Dean of Curriculum, Assessment, and Portfolio Management for Dallas College in Dallas, TX. Dr. Flores is a Fulbright Scholar, has served as an accreditation evaluator for numerous site visits, and has traveled across the country and internationally to conduct seminars regarding unique student populations. She serves on the Board of Directors for Liberal Arts and America’s Promise (LEAP) Texas as well as NAFSA Association of International Educators Region III. She created the WIJAR Journal as well as several assessment and program review projects and has experience as a small business owner of an emergency preparedness training company.

Dr. Flores has served as an adjunct faculty member and has taught classes in business administration, liberal studies, and education at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
