Youshe Chen

Youshe Chen has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Youshe started their career as a System and Test Design Engineer at OKI Electric Industry Co., Lte. from 1990 to 1994. Youshe then worked as a Software/Hardware Testing Engineer at Morning Star Technologies, Inc. from 1995 to 1996. Chen continued their career as a Senior SQA Engineer at Ascend Communications, Inc. from 1996 to 1999, where they also held the role of Software Engineer and was involved in various projects such as designing and implementing the Syslog Daemon and building the RADIUS library. Youshe then worked as a Senior SQA Engineer at Lucent Technologies, Inc. from 1999 to 2001. From 2001 to 2008, they worked at Applied Innovation Inc. as a Sr. Engineer in System Test. Chen then joined Kentrox as a Staff Engineer from 2009 to 2013. Currently, they are employed at Westell as a Sr. Staff Engineer from 2014 onwards.

Youshe Chen completed a Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University from 1979 to 1983. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Control Engineering at the Tokyo Institute of Technology from 1985 to 1987. Chen continued their education at the Tokyo Institute of Technology and obtained a Ph.D. in Control Engineering from 1987 to 1990.
