Bastian Reinsdorf is currently working as the Personalleiter / HR Director at Westenergie AG, the largest regional energy service provider and infrastructure provider in Germany. Prior to this, they held various HR roles at companies such as innogy SE, RWE Vertrieb AG, RWE Energy AG, and RWE Plus AG.
