Mikaela Näslund ♦️

Mikaela Näslund has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Mikaela is currently serving as the VP of Research & Development at Westermo Network Technologies since June 2021. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Mycronic from 2016 to 2021, including Director of Development Center, Global Director of R&D for Platform Development, Acting Sr. Vice President of R&D, and Director of R&D for Platform Development.

Before joining Mycronic, Näslund worked at ABB AB as an Aftersales Manager for Offshore Wind Connection from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at ABB, starting in 2007, where they held the position of Director of Engineering, responsible for overseeing all aspects of engineering and building the Engineering Department for Offshore Wind Connection. Mikaela was also the Director of Project Management & Sales Support, where they supported the Sales department with technical solutions, project execution, and supply management.

Before joining ABB, Näslund worked at ABB TRC AB as a Sales and Marketing Manager, responsible for marketing, sales, and project management.

Mikaela Näslund earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Stockholm, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they attended Uppsala University and completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) program from 2003 to 2005.
