Connor Thomes

Connor Thomes currently serves as the Director and Underwriting Lead for the Entertainment & Media Group at Western Alliance Bank, a position held since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Banc of California as VP and Underwriting Team Lead, as well as VP and Underwriter in Entertainment Specialty Banking from July 2021 to April 2024. At Pacific Premier Bank, Connor worked as an AVP and Portfolio Manager for Media & Entertainment from June 2020 to July 2021, and previously held the position of Portfolio Manager at Opus Bank from June 2018 to June 2020. The career began at BHI, where Connor served as a Junior Credit Analyst and Client Service Associate in Entertainment Finance from February 2016 to June 2018. Educationally, Connor holds a BA in Economics from Vassar College, where involvement included roles as a General Gallery Assistant at the Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center and a Docent at the Ogunquit Museum of American Art.
