Julie Herlihy

Julie Herlihy has extensive experience in property management and vendor management, currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Western Alliance Bank since December 2019. Prior to this role, Julie was a Vendor Manager at Avnet from April 2018 to May 2019, where responsibilities included maintaining vendor scorecard programs and conducting quarterly reviews to enhance program profitability. Julie's career began at Sears Holdings Corporation, where from September 1995 to January 2018, positions included managing vendor relationships in New Store Implementation and supply chain operations, as well as serving as Facility Coordinator, overseeing facility services and space planning. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Northern Illinois University.
