Laura Bobe is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in asset and liability management, data analytics, and treasury functions. Currently serving as the Director of ALM and FTP at Western Alliance Bank, Laura previously held the position of Director of Treasury Data and Analytics at Discover Financial Services, where significant contributions included the implementation of financial models and the advancement of the LIBOR transition. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Asset and Liability Management at GE Capital, overseeing a portfolio of over $60 billion while transitioning to new risk management platforms, and as a Finance Manager at The Hartford during the startup of its annuity business.
