Robert Haight is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate lending. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Western Alliance Bank since December 2016, Robert specializes in originating, analyzing, underwriting, and managing a diverse portfolio of bridge, construction, and mini-perm loans across various asset classes. Previously, Robert held the position of Vice President in Real Estate Banking, focusing on in-depth analysis to assess the viability of repayment sources. Prior experience includes serving as an Income Property Loan Analyst at Luther Burbank Savings, conducting property and guarantor analysis, and as a member of the Lending and Investments team at U.S. Trust, where assistance was provided in managing a portfolio for ultra high net worth clients exceeding $2 billion.
