Ryan Sharkey

Ryan Sharkey is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at Western Alliance Bank since September 2024. Previously, Ryan held various roles at NBH Bank from June 2019 to September 2024, including Associate General Counsel, Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel, and Assistant Vice President and Legal Counsel. Ryan’s career began at Orten Cavanagh & Holmes, LLC as an Associate Attorney in 2018 to 2019 and included a role as a Contract Specialist for the State of Colorado from 2017 to 2018. Ryan also worked as a Legal Fellow at Ciber Global between 2015 and 2017. Ryan earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law (2014-2017) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Arizona (2008-2012).
