Zach Rader

Zach Rader currently serves as the ERM Senior Manager and previously held the position of IT Manager II at Western Alliance Bank since April 2023. Prior to this role, Zach worked at USAA from August 2020 to April 2023 as a Business Risk and Controls Advisor Lead and was also a Business Risk and Controls Advisor Senior. Zach's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Compliance Analyst, Testing, and Senior Supervisor, Fraud at Alliance Data Card Services from June 2012 to August 2020, as well as a Mortgage Banker at American Bank from December 2010 to June 2012. Zach began a professional career as a Senior Franchise Owner at College Pro from December 2008 to September 2010. Educationally, Zach holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The Ohio State University, completed in 2011.
