The Western Alliance Bancorporation has a history of having a board of directors with experience in auditing and accounting from companies such as Diversey and Deckers Brands. The chairman of the board has also been involved with organizations like Mass Luminosity and Revlon. Most of the board members have received their education from universities like Georgetown University and Florida International University.
