Scott Baker

Scott Baker is an experienced Energy Management and Marketing Specialist with a background in budget analysis and GIS data management. Since August 2014, Scott has worked at the Western Area Power Administration, contributing to the formulation and execution of budgets for the Sierra Nevada Region, ensuring compliance with laws and management directives. Prior to this role, Scott served as a GIS Data Technician at SMUD, maintaining GIS databases and ensuring accuracy of spatial information, and worked as a GIS Specialist at HDR, specializing in georeferencing and cartography. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of San Francisco, as well as an Associate of Science in Geography from American River College.
