Hannah Raines

Hannah Raines has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Hannah started their career as a Human Resources Intern at the City of Pasadena in 2017. Hannah then worked as a Human Resources Assistant at United Talent Agency from February 2018 to March 2019. At United Talent Agency, they gained experience in various HR tasks. In 2019, they joined Splunk as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and was responsible for coordinating and hosting recruitment events, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with employee resource groups. Their most recent position is as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Western Asset Management, where they started in March 2020.

Hannah Raines earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resource Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Hannah attended the university from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including self-leadership, team leadership, and business leadership from McKinsey & Company in 2023. Hannah also obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2022.
