Luciana Amorim

Luciana Amorim has over 20 years of work experience, starting as an HR Intern at American Express in 1999. Luciana then worked as a Direct Sales Analyst at American Express in 2002 before moving on to MasterCard, where they served as an HR Generalist from 2002 to 2006. Luciana'smost recent position was as the Head of Human Resources for the São Paulo office at Western Asset Management, where they have been working since 2006.

Luciana Amorim began their education in 1997 when they enrolled at FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. Luciana pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and completed their studies in 2001. In 2004, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for a short period to obtain a certificate in Human Resources, specifically GVPEc. Later in 2011, Luciana Amorim pursued an MBA in Executive studies at Insper, which concluded in 2013.
