Tammy Lee

Tammy Lee began their work experience in 2010 as a Public Relations Intern at GLOSS Moderne. Tammy then worked as a Social Media Intern at North Orange County Regional Occupational Program (NOCROP) in 2012 before becoming a Public Relations Intern at Copernio later that year. In 2013, they interned as a Public Relations Intern at The Brand AMP. Tammy then joined Capital Group in 2014 as a Talent Acquisition Associate, where they partnered with Talent Acquisition Consultants and managed various aspects of the recruitment process. Tammy joined UserTesting in 2015 as a Talent, and then moved on to City National Bank in 2016 as a Human Resources Administrative Specialist focused on Learning & Development. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. as a Human Resources Administrator. Currently, Tammy is a Talent Management Analyst at Western Asset Management, starting in 2021.

Tammy Lee received their Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations & Advertising from Chapman University, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. In March 2022, they obtained a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci.
