Cheryl Lohr is a Senior Research Scientist at the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions and a Wildlife Research Scientist at the Western Australian Department of Parks and Wildlife since October 2012. With a focus on the conservation of native species and the management of threatening processes, Cheryl's expertise includes rangeland restoration and threatened fauna conservation, along with active engagement with Indigenous communities since 2018. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, a Master's degree in Natural and Agricultural Science from The University of Western Australia, and a Bachelor's degree in Natural and Agricultural Science, also from The University of Western Australia.
