Bilal Ahmed

Bilal Ahmed is an accomplished IRCA QMS Lead Auditor with extensive experience in quality assurance and control within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as a Senior QA/QC Engineer at Western Bainoona Group since September 2019, Bilal has contributed to significant projects such as the Etihad Rail initiative. Previous positions include QA/QC Engineer roles at Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group for the Expo 2020 project, and at Habtoor Leighton Group for a project at Khalifa Industrial Zone (KIZAD), demonstrating a consistent focus on ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Bilal began a career in QA/QC at Carillion Qatar LLC, working on the Msheireb Downtown Doha project, and gained foundational experience at Advanced Material Technologies in Islamabad. Bilal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2012.
