Matthew Harmon

Matthew Harmon, CCIM, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Western Care Construction Company, Inc. since May 2021, overseeing the management of over 30 properties and strategic planning for future growth. Previously, Matthew held the position of President at Harmon Ventures from January 2011 to January 2021, focusing on acquiring distressed commercial real estate assets. Matthew has also contributed as a volunteer board member for organizations such as KVIE Public Television and Seniors First, and served on the board of Care West Insurance Company and Horizon West Healthcare, Inc. Early career experiences include roles as Vice President at Western Care Construction Company, Inc., Developer and Retail Broker at Montano De El Dorado, and President at HP Property Group, Inc. Matthew's educational background includes studies in MicroComputer Operations at MTI College and attendance at Menlo College.
