Jamie T. Raynor

Jamie Raynor has extensive experience in advancement and fundraising within higher education. Currently serving as the Vice Chancellor for Advancement at Western Carolina University since August 2015, Jamie has held multiple leadership roles, including Interim Vice Chancellor for Advancement and Director of Development. Responsibilities have included overseeing university fundraising efforts, managing development teams, and promoting the university's mission related to giving goals. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Annual Giving at Armstrong State University, Director of Development at Colorado Mountain College, and Director of Alumni Relations at University of South Carolina Aiken. Jamie holds a Ph.D. coursework in Higher Education Administration and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology from the University of South Carolina.
