Jesse Hale

Jesse (Randy) Hale, Ed.D. is an adjunct professor of education at Western Carolina University and Morningside College, focusing on special education and inclusive teaching methods. With extensive experience in education, Hale has served as a teacher and department chair for Exceptional Children in Chatham County Public Schools and has held the position of former superintendent in Atkinson County Schools. Additionally, Hale is the owner and CEO of Shades Creek Press, which supports new writers, and leads J.R. Hale Financial Group, Inc., providing financial planning services. Hale holds a Doctor of Education degree from Vanderbilt University, specializing in school administration, leadership, and finance.
