Leigh Hartman

Leigh Hartman, DBA, PfMP, currently serves as an Associate Instructor of Management and CoB Director of Assessment at Western Carolina University since August 2019, while also operating Calders Coffee Cafe as a small business owner since May 2019. Previously, Leigh held positions at the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte as an Adjunct Instructor, Instructor of Management, and Director of Undergraduate Programs from August 2014 to April 2019. Experience also includes a role as Senior Initiative Portfolio Executive at Bank of America from April 2001 to May 2015 and as Managing Consultant at Arthur D. Little from September 1991 to April 2001. Additionally, Leigh taught adjunct courses in Principles of Management and Principles of Economics at Charleston Southern University from August 1992 to May 1996. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration in Management from Jacksonville University (2015-2019), an MBA from Charleston Southern University (1991-1992), and a BBA in Economics from Stetson University (1987-1991).
