William R. Moultrie

William R. Moultrie serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor of Student Success at Western Carolina University since July 2022 and has been the Associate Dean of University College at North Carolina Central University since January 2016. In the role of Associate Dean, William oversees the Academic Success and Enrichment Services department, manages grant writing, and controls a budget of $5 million. Additionally, during the tenure as Interim Dean, William monitored the retention and progression of students, ensuring high-quality academic support services. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, an MBA in Business Administration and Management, both from Albany State University, and a Juris Doctor degree from North Carolina Central University.
