Marissa Boice, PMP

Marissa Boice, PMP has over 14 years of experience in project management and leadership roles. Marissa is currently working at Western Computer as a Senior Consultant and Senior Project Manager, where they manage enterprise-level projects for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Customer Engagement CRM. Previously, Marissa served as the Senior Director of Project Management Office (PMO) at PXG (PARSONS XTREME GOLF), where they oversaw a team of Project Managers and implemented process improvements. Marissa was also the Director of Project Management Office at Barrett-Jackson Auction Company, where they led the IT roadmap and facilitated monthly steering committee meetings. Prior to that, Marissa worked at Business & Decision as a Senior Program Manager, managing a $16M systems integration project for ADC. Marissa also worked at CVS Health as a Senior Project Manager and at American Airlines as a Project Manager and Business Analyst. Throughout their career, Marissa has successfully managed projects through the full project life cycle, from requirement gathering to implementation, using both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Marissa Boice, PMP obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In July 2012, they also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
