The executive team at Western Copper and Gold have a long history of working in the mining industry and academia. The team is composed of individuals who have worked as a Chair at Yukon Mining Alliance, Adjunct Professor at The University of British Columbia, Chair, Centre for Northern Innovation in Mining at Yukon College, and Senior Metallurgist at Barrick Gold Corporation. All members of the team have a Metallurgical Engineering degree from The University of British Columbia.
