Kim Roser

Kim Roser, CSM, is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Release Management. Since November 2014, Kim has served as Senior Manager for IT QA, Release Management, and IT Operations at Western Dental, where the establishment of a formal QA department has been a key focus. Prior to this, Kim managed a high-performing QA testing team at UnitedHealth Group from February 2008 to August 2014, overseeing a $7 million budget and 135 resources across multiple locations. Kim has held various QA leadership roles in organizations such as LAN International, Option One Mortgage, Sierra Systems, and OneMind Connect, developing methodologies, improving testing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Educationally, Kim pursued studies in Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Phoenix in 2006.
