David Kim is an experienced operations and strategy leader with a robust background in driving transformational initiatives and enhancing operational excellence across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Global Operations Strategy & Governance at Western Digital since April 2022, David develops and executes operational strategies while setting standards to support global initiatives. Prior experience includes a strategic role at Infineon Technologies as Director of Strategic Projects and Strategy Implementation, working closely with executive leadership, and significant contributions at Siemens Healthineers in various managerial roles focused on demand planning and new product introduction. David's early career includes serving as a Captain in the United States Army, where leadership and strategic planning were paramount. David holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.
