Dinesh Khanna

Dinesh Khanna currently serves as the Country Lead for Talent Acquisition at Western Digital since April 2024. Prior to this role, Dinesh held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at ElasticRun from July 2021 to April 2024 and was the Head of Talent Attraction at AB InBev India from March 2018 to July 2021, overseeing global talent attraction initiatives. Dinesh's extensive career at Dell spanned from February 2006 to March 2018 in various roles, including Site Lead for Talent Acquisition and Staffing Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at Hewitt Associates, Headstrong, and HCL Infosystems, beginning in 2000. Dinesh holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Bharati Vidyapeeth IMR and completed secondary education at Manav Sthali School.
