Frank Garcia

Frank Garcia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards, systems, and analytics. Currently serving as Vice President at Western Digital since June 2025, Frank previously held significant positions at Alight Solutions, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Global Total Rewards. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Global Compensation at Encore Capital Group and various roles at Levi Strauss & Co. from 2013 to 2019, culminating as Sr. Director of Compensation & Global Incentives. Frank's career began at Gap Inc. where the role of Director of Global Compensation was held from 2000 to 2013. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Diego State University.
