Indira Mohandoss

Indira Mohandoss is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in hardware development and validation within the storage device industry. Currently serving as Director of Hardware Development Engineering at Western Digital since February 2021, Indira leads a diverse team responsible for validating HDD and SSD storage devices in enterprise environments. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Engineering Manager at WD, where Indira drove validation processes, team efficiency, and integration of enterprise storage devices. Indira's background also includes significant technical leadership at T-Mobile and foundational roles in software engineering and research. Indira holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from PSG College of Technology.
