Nick Willis PMP, MSc is a seasoned Security Director with extensive experience in law enforcement, counter-terrorism, and global corporate security. They have held multiple operational roles at the Metropolitan Police and have led security transformation initiatives at Cisco, where they optimized corporate security processes and developed global event security strategies. Currently, at Western Digital, Nick is accountable for leading the physical security program across APAC and EMEA, focusing on collaboration, communication, and strategic risk management. Nick holds a Master's Degree in Security, Crisis, and Risk Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Buckinghamshire New University.
