Suraj Rao

Suraj Rao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics and technology consulting. Currently serving as the Global Head of the Advanced Analytics Office at Western Digital since April 2018, Suraj Rao has successfully led the establishment of an analytics framework to drive business value across the organization. Prior to this role, Suraj Rao was an Associate Partner at IBM Global Business Services, where responsibilities included technical sales and solution delivery in the Electronics and Industrial consulting practice. Additionally, Suraj Rao served as Engagement Director at PDF Solutions, focusing on yield-improvement initiatives in semiconductor manufacturing, and held a position in technology development at Texas Instruments. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in General Management from The Wharton School.
