Todd Trefz

Todd Trefz has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Todd started their career at EnPro Industries Inc. in 2001 as a Materials/Purchasing Manager. Todd then moved to Strong Tool Company in 2006, where they served as an Operations and Purchasing Manager. In 2008, Todd joined Kennametal, initially working as a Materials Manager and later as an Operations Manager. During their time at Kennametal, they successfully implemented efficiency improvement and inventory reduction initiatives. In 2014, Todd became the Director of Operations at Custom Products Corporation, where they increased productivity across multiple facilities. Currently, Todd is the Vice President of Operations at Western Enterprises, overseeing operational activities and achieving significant reductions in backorders. Overall, Todd has consistently demonstrated their expertise in operations, management, and continuous improvement throughout their career.
