Colin Ward

Colin Ward is a highly experienced professional who currently works as the Senior HR Manager (Organisational and Workforce Development) for HSCB at Western Health and Social Care Trust. Colin previously held the title of General Manager UK Training and Development at Firstsource Solutions Limited, where Colin was responsible for the learning & development needs for Firstsource UK & Ireland centres with a focus on leadership & management development. Prior to this role, Colin served as the UK head of training, leadership and management development for Firstsource. Colin Ward holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Practice from Ulster University and has a strong educational background from Queens University Belfast and St Columbs College, Derry.
