Beverly Baker

Beverly Baker is an experienced Support Center Manager at Western Illinois University, a position held since July 1996, where Beverly manages staffing for the University Technology Support Center and holds HDI certification. Prior to this role, Beverly served as a PC/LAN Specialist II at Harris Corporation, Broadcast Division from 1991 to 1996, providing support for computer software and hardware, as well as establishing and managing the Help Desk. Beverly holds a Master’s degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Administration with a focus on Outdoor Education from Western Illinois University (1997-2003) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Quincy University (1980-1984).
