Josh Kredit-Phelps is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the metals recycling industry, currently serving as Director of Nonferrous at Western Metals Recycling since January 2020. Previously, Josh held the position of Manager of Nonferrous and New Product Development at The David J. Joseph Co., where responsibilities included managing significant marketing and supply chain efforts and developing strategies for customer acquisition. Demonstrating strong leadership skills, Josh also established processes to enhance operational efficiency as Operations Manager at The David J. Joseph Co. Josh's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University, where foundational leadership was established through roles such as President and Founder of the Purdue Baseball Club. Additional experience includes an internship at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where outstanding performance in sales was recognized.
