Adithya Reddy is a dedicated medical student at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker, M.D. School of Medicine since July 2019. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Fellow in Medicine and Engineering at the University of Virginia, where Adithya led research projects in the Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery department, focusing on the integration of clinical medicine and engineering. Adithya also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, contributing to novel medical device projects in the Department of Neurosurgery and conducting bioinformatics research on RNA sequencing data related to cancer. Instructional experience includes serving as an Instructional Aide for multiple engineering courses and facilitating study groups in physics. Additionally, Adithya completed internships at Baxter International Inc., focusing on process development for dialysis containers, and at Strand Life Sciences, gaining experience in DNA purification and analysis. Adithya earned a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
