Benchang Guo is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker, M.D. School of Medicine. Prior to this role, Benchang held positions as an Assistant Investigator at The Feinstein Institute and as a Research Scientist at various institutions. Benchang's research focuses on understanding the tumor microenvironment in chronic lymphocytic leukemia, cloning and characterization of monoclonal antibodies, mechanisms of impaired BCR signaling, immune modulation in various diseases, role of RasGRP1 in autoimmune diseases, and B cell function in antibody production. Benchang holds a Ph.D. in Oncology and Cell Biology from Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Chinese Academy of Science.
