Steven Carr

Steven Carr is the Interim VP for Research & Innovation at Western Michigan University. Previously, Steven was a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Michigan Technological University.

Steven earned his MS and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Rice University in 1992.
