Danny Holderman

Danny Holderman has served as Senior Vice President, South Operations, of the general partner of Western Midstream Partners, LP since October 2022. In this role, he oversees the organization’s operations in the Delaware Basin and South Texas.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Holderman served as Occidental’s Director, Delaware Basin Asset, starting in 2018. He joined Occidental in late 2013, holding various engineering and operations leadership roles across drilling, completions, and production operations before taking over as Asset Manager over the company’s Midland Basin assets in West Texas. Prior to his time at Oxy, he worked in engineering, upstream operations, and commercial roles with ExxonMobil.

Mr. Holderman holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
