Joe Bartow

Joe Bartow currently serves as the PSM & MOC Manager at Western Midstream, a position held since March 2020, and has previously held roles such as Operations Supervisor and Sr. Foreman at the same company. Prior experience includes a tenure at Oxy, where Joe worked as a Sr. Foreman from August 2019 to March 2020, primarily focused on PSM, PHMSA, and asset integrity following Oxy's acquisition of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. From August 2006 to August 2019, Joe was with Anadarko Petroleum, managing gas fractionation plants as a Sr. Plant Foreman and contributing to various production operations and midstream tasks. Joe's career began in midstream operations at Western Gas Resources from November 2003 to August 2006. Earlier, Joe worked as a Blaster/Operator at Nelson Brothers Mining Services from January 2000 to November 2003. Joe Bartow is currently pursuing further education at Columbia Southern University, having completed high school at Campbell County High School.
