Jennifer Fletcher

Jennifer (Wright) Fletcher is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President of S&OP Transformation at WESTERN MILLING, where responsibilities include designing and leading significant transformations post-acquisition. In addition, Jennifer is an Independent Consultant focusing on profitability and culture within the CPG, agriculture, beverage, and wine sectors. Previously, Jennifer held the role of Vice President of Supply Chain at Constellation Brands, leading a team focused on demand planning and building a farm-to-table strategy, as well as directing a supply chain transformation for significant growth. Jennifer's early career includes roles at Carpedia International, where performance improvements were driven in various industries, and serving as a Cultural Ambassador for the JET Program in Japan. Jennifer began in the Royal Canadian Navy, developing foundational leadership skills. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Commerce from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University in Business Administration and Management.
