Paula Mora Mba

Paula Mora, MBA, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Customer Experience Representative at Western Municipal Water District, having progressed through various roles within the organization since September 2018. In addition, Paula owns Paula’s Kitchen, LLC, specializing in Southern vegan desserts and custom cakes. Previous experience includes positions as a Community Manager at both FirstService Residential and Action Property Management, and roles in education and customer service at California Baptist University and Finish Line. Paula holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Baptist University, as well as an Associate of Science in Behavioral Science and an Associate of Arts in Communications from Riverside Community College.
