Danielle Fuller has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and organizational development. Danielle is currently working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Western North Carolina Community Health Services. Prior to this role, they had experience working at Integrated Biometrics as part of the HR team, where they focused on recruitment and onboarding processes. Danielle also worked at American Greetings as a Merchandiser. Additionally, they held leadership positions at ReGenesis Health Care and Gateways Community Services where they oversaw HR functions and implemented various programs and initiatives. Danielle also worked as an Organizational Development/Human Resources Consultant at Adirondack Consulting, The Premier Companies, and Sears Holdings Corporation. Danielle began their career at PTC, managing their organizational development programs. Danielle also has extensive experience in operations management from their time at Kelly Services.
Danielle Fuller has a diverse education history. Danielle attended SUNY@Albany, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Relations/Personnel Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. Danielle then enrolled in Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) to obtain a Human Resources Certification. Danielle also studied Secondary Education and Teaching at SUNY Oswego. Prior to their college education, they attended Shenendehowa High School.
In addition to their formal education, Danielle has obtained several certifications. Danielle earned a Leadership and Management Certificate from The Predictive Index in January 2022. In February 2021, they obtained a Getting Talent Back to Work Certification from the SHRM Foundation. In April 2020, they received an Employing Abilities @Work certification from the SHRM Foundation. Danielle also holds a Veterans at Work Certificate from the PsychArmor Institute, obtained in January 2020. Their certifications also include a LEAN Black Belt from the State of NH, earned in June 2015, and Safety Care Certification from QBS Inc., obtained in May 2015. Finally, they are a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certified by HRCI since April 1997.
