Stephanie Di Croce has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Stephanie is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at The Western Pennsylvania Conservancy since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Pace School from May 2018 to July 2022. Stephanie also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Wesley Family Services from November 2016 to May 2018, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and served as a strategic business partner. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at McCutcheon Enterprises, Inc. from March 2011 to March 2016 and at LifeCare Hospitals from February 2007 to March 2011. Stephanie began their career in human resources as a Human Resources Assistant at WIS International from March 2005 to February 2007.

Stephanie Di Croce obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2004.
